Spreader for sand and salt

Self-loading salt and sand spreading machine, especially indicated for tractors, to which it is connected with a 3-points locking system. The hopper motion can be given in 2 ways: through a hydraulic engine or a cardan shaft. To set the quantity of discharged material, it is necessary to use the mechanical device provided, by adjusting rubber pressure on the roll, which will set the distribution speed by setting an oleodynamic valve in the systems with hydraulic engine or changing the teeth number of the pinion gear in sistems with the cardan shaft. The steel chassis is painted with a rust-proofing material layer and a two-component coating.

 

 

The material is conveyed into the box thanks to a hydraulic cylinder that moves it, setting the bucket in horizontal position; the user drives the tractor towards the sand bank that has to be loaded and then, by withdrawing the same cylinder, brings it back to the original position.
